As well as paying tribute to our armed forces at memorial events across the country, I wanted to celebrate the contributions made by local Veterans and the Women's Land Army. So I organised a tea dance at CIWSO in Pontefract. It was an entertaining afternoon and I certainly enjoyed some of the great dancing!
