tax credits survey

In April the Tories are cutting tax credits for over 3 million working families.

Many working parents will lose an average of £1,000 a year.

I think this is outrageous and completely unfair. But I want to know what you think.

Can you take a moment to complete my survey on Changes to Tax Credits? I will let you know what the overall results of the survey are.

Have you or someone close to you ever been in receipt of tax credits?

The Labour Party and its elected representatives may contact you using the information you supply.

Q: If yes to the last question, please use the space below to tell me about the difference it made and how it will impact you or your family if they are reduced:
A: It meant that my daughter was able to continue with her work as the tax credits helped enormously in paying for full time childcare. Without them she would have lost her job and her degree course and would have been a single mother on benefits.

A: living on the minimum wage means just having enough money to pay for food ,gas ,electricity, rent and council tax, not enough to save up, or even small luxury’s, if I had to work without the tax credit I would not have been able to afford to work. because that is what I used it for the bus and train fares.
its been years since I had a holiday.
