After 10 years in Wesley Street my office has moved to a new home in the Castleford Community Learning Centre:

My new office is by the car park on Bridge Street just behind Argos, in the same building as the Castleford Community Learning Centre and the TUC, and has a bus stop right outside the door.

All my other contact details remain the same.

3,500 play areas across the country are to be built, or improved thanks to a new Government plan and £225 million cash, and I want to make sure our area gets its fair share!

I’ve already been talking to parents about the playground behind the sports centre in Knottingley, but what play areas in your area do you think need to be done up?

Many people are rightly concerned and angry about the MPs expenses stories there have been in the papers.

I believe the system needs radical reform to get rid of Parliament’s gentleman’s club culture and ensure that MPs do not decide their own allowances.

I also believe it is right that all allowances should be published and have been calling for early publication so that people can see what is happening.
