Castleford Tigers Stadium

Cas Tigers are a champion team and they need a champion stadium to match.

So I was delighted to hear planning permission for a new stadium at Glasshoughton had been granted. It’s a fantastic result and after a lot of campaigning I’m glad that finally the problems were resolved so that the stadium could get the go-ahead.

But it’s not over yet. We still need to keep up the pressure to secure funding to get the new stadium in place. I will be working with the people at the Tigers trust and with Councillors to ensure that we get the best result for the fans and to ensure that any deal that is made is in the best interests of the long-term future of the club.
